A standard full course meal where you can enjoy the theory of Orion Sushi and oil sushi.The specialty dishes include Bagna Cauda made with fresh vegetables delivered from the main store in Yamagata, as well as dishes incorporating elements of Arcecciano-style Italian cuisine.For nigiri sushi, we offer red tuna marinated in a sauce of tomato seeds and salt, and Ariake No. 1 nori seaweed, as well as simple nori rolls wrapped in just rice, black pepper, and oil, prepared with the ingredients of the day.
