This plan allows you to casually enjoy the world of the world's first "oil sushi."The specialty dishes include Bagna Cauda made with fresh vegetables delivered from the main store in Yamagata, as well as dishes incorporating elements of Arcecciano-style Italian cuisine.For nigiri sushi, we offer red tuna marinated in a sauce of tomato seeds and salt, and simple nori rolls made with only rice, black pepper, and oil to allow you to enjoy the flavor of Ariake No. 1 nori seaweed, depending on the ingredients of the day.
